GRADE A REFURBISHED
Products are sold as new, showing little or no signs of use.
GRADE B REFURBISHED
Products show little signs of use, for example, minor scuffs, blemishes and marks. Products that have glass screens (iPhones, iPads, etc.) will barely show blemishes when the screen is switched on.
GRADE C REFURBISHED
Products show prominent signs of use, for example clearly visible, obvious blemishes, marks and scratches. Products with glass screens (iPhones, iPads, etc.) will show visible marks and scratches.

*All our products undergo a thorough testing phase to ensure they are in fully working order and are graded correctly.
** Batteries are regarded as consumable items and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product. Before placing the product for sale on our website, we ensure that the batteries hold a charge however, we cannot guarantee that battery power would be that of a new battery at the time a new product is manufactured or sold.

After fifteen days from the point of receipt, defective products will be fully tested to verify the fault. If an item is found to be defective, the first step would be to repair or replace it like-for-like. If all else fails then we offer a refund.
